Chani’s perspective is shaped by early exposure to executive decision-making within a multibillion-dollar global organization, an MBA from Boston University and experience spanning strategy, operations and people capability. Across enterprise, nonprofit, and community contexts, she designs programs and operating structures that align vision with how people experience and carry the work.
